If this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, Monument will at its option repair or replace it free of charge. Shipping costs are not covered.

Doing so may void the warranty and can cause damage to the device or personal injury to yourself.This warranty applies only while this product is in use in the United States. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state of residence.

- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning product(s) to Monument. If your product is found defective, we cover the return costs.
- Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition - not physically broken, worn, altered or damaged.
- We recommend you send your item back using a traceable shipping service so you know when we’ve received it.
- Once your package is received, it takes 3-5 business days to issue your refund.
- Depending on your financial institution, the processing of your refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment in which the order was placed.
- You will be issued an email when your return has been received and processed by Monument.
